With Black Friday coming, now is the time to finalize those gift lists for the holidays!
Don’t miss anyone this year by checking out my list of suggested people to buy for.
Make sure to check out bulk discount deals so that you can buy a bunch of gifts at once! This works well for teachers, service people, or hostess gifts!
Take advantage of black Friday deals to see if you can get some discounts on the stuff you are already planning on buying.
Here’s a list of people you may need to buy for
Teachers/Coaches (here you could also include music teachers, tutors, sports coaches – basically anyone that helps your kids or you learn the things you want to learn)
Service people (this could be mail delivery people, cleaning people, contractors if you’re doing renovations right now, you’re dog walker – basically anyone that provides you with a service)
Neighbours/friends (this could also include hostess gifts for Christmas parties that you’re invited for)
Kids’ class mates/Work mates (if your kids have close friends in their classes, they may want to get something small for them. Your kids’ classes may also do a small gift exchange. This would also apply for friends at work or even your manager!)
Loved ones/kids (your parents or loved ones come next, last only because some of the other people might be easier to buy a general gift for, whereas buying gifts for loved ones may take some time and thought. Your kids may also need some more planning to buy for)
Write out a list of names for the categories that apply to you. Then go check out flyers and deals and see how many gifts you can knock off your list! Best of all, have fun trying to think of each person as you shop for them!
Check out some gift ideas from another post I wrote from my Holiday Overachiever Challenge series: Food, décor, and gifts!
Happy gift hunting!
