If you are still working from home or if you have time in your day when the kids are at school, use that time to your advantage! Build up your workout routine so that you can make the most of both the beautiful weather and the kids being in school!
Go out for walks or hikes, do some yoga on the patio or deck, or even get an easy workout app on your phone.
The fall is such a great time of year to get out of the house and it can be so rejuvenating to know that the kids are busy at school and you can steal a bit of time to truly focus on yourself!
It doesn’t have to be a super intense workout, but a good brisk walk around the block is enough!
As you feel stronger, incorporate some weights or body resistance!
Use September and October to declutter some of your responsibilities and add some fitness into your routine!
Set yourself a step goal or, better yet, compete with a friend and see who can reach it first.
A good walk or yoga break can do wonders for your focus so that you can spend your energy on decluttering the rest of the house!
