- Eat a raw fruit or veggie
- Drink a big glass of water
- Go to your local park and swing on the swings
- Wash a window – it’s fitness for your arms and it makes you feel good to do something for the house
Doing any one of these things will be sure to boost your mood and start turning your day around. Doing a few of these things will have a boosting impact on your overall week too! Come up with your own super simple ideas for what you can do and what you will enjoy even if you only have a short amount of time.
Through the day it’s normal to have some highs and lows but that can mean your energy sucks when you need it – like when the kids are starving and complaining while you literally make them food AND they had a snack just twenty minutes ago!!! – just breathe and drink a full glass of water! You can do this!
Anytime you need it, boost your energy by doing one of the things above. Clear your head. Then get right back to it!
