Choose to start your day or end your day with one sentence!
The trick is not to think too hard. Put your pen on your paper and just start writing. It’s only one sentence! There is no pressure on what you write. It can be about anything!
Sometimes, when you’re struggling with something or overwhelmed about something, writing, without rules or planning ahead, can help bring your thoughts to the surface!
It will take only a couple of minutes, if that, to write out your sentence. It might also lead to more sentences.
The idea is clarity!
Uncensored thoughts will come out on your paper. True feelings will come out on your paper! Use it to help sort out any problems you are struggling with.
When decluttering certain areas of the house, you could benefit from sorting out your inner thoughts and feelings! Even if you’ve always told yourself you’re not a writer.
Try it now, or first thing when you wake up. Write out one sentence. It can be about anything, but like I said, don’t think too much, or it will stifle your creativity or your true thoughts. Just write, then think.
The magic can be in re-reading your sentence after it’s on your paper. Look at it. Feel your words and see if they help you sort out your inner most thoughts. See if they help mediate any conflicts you have going on with yourself.
Who knows, maybe you can solve some world problems!

I’ve been doing this at the end of the day for over one year now in a 5 year one line a day journal I purchased from Amazon. It’s become a fun habit and now that I’m into the second year it’s fun to see the line I wrote the year before.
