Remember my Cook at home 30-day challenge! post from the beginning of the year?

Well, how is it going??

Have you discovered any new scramble recipes that have worked out? Have you eaten out already? Did you get something out, but used points so that you didn’t have to “pay” for anything?? Are you killing it and easily eating at home without even thinking about restaurants??

If you’re struggling to find recipes for dinner, try searching “one pot meals”, or “easy week night dinners” – There are literally a million recipes with those searches that will help you get through the rest of the 30 days!

If it’s lunches that are the bigger struggle, there are lots of recipes to find by adding words like “quick” or “easy” to your “work lunch ideas” search.

Do you find that you are baking more? Enjoying food more? Are you literally counting down the days and already have planned what your first meal out will be?
