Ok, so you’re here to find out what this no brainer meal planning solution is, right?

If you hate meal planning like I do, then you have come to the right place! Also, if you hate meal planning, but know that it does, in fact, make life easier – you’re still in the right place!

Sometimes, we just need to buck up and do the hard work, right?

Well, this solution saves you time and money! Who doesn’t love that!?

This solution is especially great if you already know a couple of favourite recipes that your whole family will gobble up on any given day!

So, here we are, people…

Always make seconds!

Seems so obvious, right!? Maybe you already make enough to have some of your meal as leftovers the following day, but instead of stopping there, make a whole second dish!

If you are making something in the crock pot, double the recipe – use some for leftovers – and save all of the rest in the freezer for a future date!

Making burgers? Make extra!
Making a rice stir fry? Make double the rice and freeze half for later!
Making lasagna? Make two of them!!

When you are making ANY meal, you already have to chop your ingredients, cook the meals, and clean up from it all. Why not do a little extra work but halve your cleaning and cooking and thinking!?!?

Making pizza? Make extras!
Cooking meat on the BBQ? Cook double!
Baking cookies or brownies? Make a second batch!

Think about how amazing it will be to open your freezer and find a whole meal that just needs to be heated up! If you don’t have time to even heat it up, at least you can pull something out at that moment for the following night!

Don’t work so hard for everything! Do one thing twice so that you can do less later!
