If you are always feeling tired and worn out, I have some ways for you to regain energy and replenish your battery!
Start simple! Practice doing these three things every day for a week. Even if it’s all you can manage to do outside of work (or even if you don’t work!)
The three things are: MIND, BODY, GROWTH!
Do something for your MIND
You can meditate to clear your mind if you need to! Have a big planning dump session, where you write everything down that is filling up your mind! Or do something creative like a craft, playing an instrument, working on a puzzle, or you could even try writing a short story! Hit up the library and find a new book to read! Every day, do something for your mind!
Do something for your BODY
This can be anything that uses your body! It can be yoga, going for a nice stroll, lifting some weights, or simply walk up and down your stairs or create a walking loop in your home! Sign up for a sport or club of a sport that you love or have always wanted to try. Make it as simple or challenging as you want it, but just do it! Every day, do something for your body!
Do something for your GROWTH
This can be all kinds of things, but ultimately, it’s about your own journey and growing or developing skills so that you can enjoy the journey more thoroughly. You could take a class that helps you do better at your job. You could read a book about personal development skills like executive functioning, time management, or procrastination! You could learn a new language. You could even plan a trip to somewhere that you have always wanted to go. Try to get out of your comfort zone! Every day, do something for your personal growth!
Focusing on these things won’t get more done around your house in the short term, but over time, the more you focus on these things, the more your capacity to handle other things will increase. You will find that tackling some of those decluttering or organizing projects won’t seem so overwhelming – you might even relish in the challenge and be proud of your accomplishments!
Sometimes, taking a step back from our never ending to do list and focusing more on our own selves and how our personal journeys are impacting our day to day means that we can get more done in the hours that we do have rather than watching them get wasted away! Also, focusing on these three aspects of ourselves means less focus on the random nothingness that pulls us into our phones and technology making us feel more energized with each day, rather than feeling like we are simply waiting for the day to end!
Change your priorities! Focus on your Mind, Body, and Growth first, then watch your life become more fulfilling and even more productive!

Good advice!
