Sometimes, you just can’t get any traction in your day. You constantly remind yourself to get started on your projects – whether you are decluttering, organizing, doing a work project, or even trying to do a personal task or hobby project!

No matter what you do, you just can’t get into it! You’re not motivated, you don’t seem to have the energy, and there is nothing that will bring you any amount of desire to actually get it done or started!

Sometimes, on those harder, lazier days, we beat ourselves up or try to push ourselves even harder, thinking we just have to muster up the energy somehow.
